This is just a quick note to thank you again for the courtesies extended to us when we stopped at the dealership on the afternoon of Saturday, the 29^th of August.  

We were driving a rented Envoy west from Calgary on the way to B.C. when, just outside of Canmore , a number of warning lights on the dash began to come on.  This somewhat disconcerting event was followed by a number of gauges shutting down! Looking for a place to stop and call the rental company, the first business we came to was yours. Perfect! GMC Envoy! Well, not so much-being Saturday, you were understandably staffed with just the essential personnel. However, we were allowed to use the phone to make a number of calls, some of which were back to Calgary. In the end, we were forced to drive back to Calgary to switch the vehicle as the Canmore offices of the rental company had closed earlier in the day.

Again, I would like to Thank you for the use of you're facilities-please pass these wishes along to those individuals who were working that day and were able to help us out?

   Can you please pass on a heatfelt THANK YOU to Brent in the service department. We were on vacation in the Banff area and had the water pump fail on our GMC. It was towed in, and within hours of opening up, he had the work in progress, even with the huge rush he was dealing with.
 
   It is service like this that sets employees like him apart from the crowd. We live in Red Deer, however this certainly puts your dealership in the zone for our next vehicle purchase.
